Customs Duty
The Gentlewoman Shop is based in the United Kingdom. With the UK no longer part of the European Union orders delivered to addresses outside of the UK may incur import duties.
These costs are NOT INCLUDED in the prices displayed in the shop. Any import duties are the responsibility of the customer and in some cases will need to be fully paid before the delivery can be finalised. Some deliveries may also be delayed by the importing countries’ customs officials due to inspections. Delivery companies may also charge processing fees for importing the goods. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and that of our delivery partners.

If you refuse to pay the customs fees, the shipment will be returned and we will be charged the fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay customs fees. This does not affect your statutory rights.
