Returns Policy

All sales are final. This does not affect your statutory rights. The Gentlewoman will offer a refund on faulty items purchased from The Gentlewoman Shop only. Refund enquiries should be sent to shop@thegentlewoman.com and will only be processed in full once the faulty item has been returned to us and received.
